For one festive afternoon, Rivera’s Boulevard brings a gingerbread market to 1 Hotel San Francisco — an invitation to slow down, gather, and make something of the season.

Designed as more than a pickup, the Gingerbread Market turns a simple errand into an experience. Guests are invited to arrive with intention: meet a friend for a cocktail, linger on the greenhouse-inspired patio, enjoy the surrounding neighborhood, or turn their visit into an evening with dinner reservations at the hotel.

At the heart of the market is our seasonal gingerbread collection, created to be built, shared, gifted, and displayed.

Painted Ladies Gingerbread House Kit — $148
A large-format house inspired by San Francisco’s storied Victorian homes. Designed as both a decorating project and a table centerpiece, each kit includes a wooden tray for building and display, assorted frosting colors, a curated selection of decorative toppings, gelatin sheets for window details, and an instruction card for assembly and decorating guidance.
